30-Day Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original packaging with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Starting a Return
To request a return, please get in touch with our Returns Portal. After your request is approved, we will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email address along with return instructions.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Fee
A prepaid return shipping label fee of $4.99 will be deducted from your refund amount unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours to the returns portal with photos of the issue. We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for damaged, defective, or incorrect items, subject to product availability.
In-Store Returns & Exchanges
In-store returns and exchanges are completely free.
No Restocking Fees
Charm Vogue does not charge restocking fees on approved returns.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
Approved refunds are sent to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Promotions & Discount Codes
Discount codes and promotional offers cannot be applied after checkout and are not refundable if missed during purchase.
