How long does shipping take?
Orders are shipping within 4-6 business days, and processing takes 1–2 business days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free shipping on orders over $79.01. Orders under $79.00 have a flat shipping fee.
Do you ship internationally?
No. We currently ship only within the United States.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email within 1–3 business days.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached.
How do I start a return?
Visit the Returns Portal to request a return. Once approved, we will email you a return label and instructions.
Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Yes, a prepaid return shipping label fee may be deducted from your refund unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong item?
Submit return within 48 hours of delivery at with photos. We will replace, exchange, or refund the item.
How long do refunds take?
Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive your return. Your bank may take additional time to reflect the refund.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No. We do not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.
